This lady lived in incest for many years, trying to also build a relationship with God.  She gives attention to the following aspects of impact of incest in her  life:

• Sexual sin became a normal part of life, being addicted to sex from a young age (see also "What is sin?")
  
• Trapped in a mediocre Christian life, unable to experience the victory the Bible promises
• When she got serious with God (even though she gave up hope of changing already in the past because of her consistent failure to deal with sexual addiction)
• Learning to trust God (even though she had a very deep seated distrust of anybody and everything except herself)
